Service Description
Multi-section bookbinding Learn how to bind a book with multiple sections and a hard cloth cover. This course is suitable for those with a little bookbinding experience already. All materials will be provided. Participants will leave with a handmade book. About the Tutor Emily Macaulay is the founder of Stanley James Press, a small design company specialising in the design and production of printed goods. The majority of her work involves helping artists, photographers and organisations design printed materials, bespoke books and exhibition spaces. She is passionate about the more unusual and complicated forms of print, creating work that engages audiences and experiments with different ways to produce things. She is also trying to find ways to be more sustainable and is constantly trying to understand the processes involved in the outcomes she produces in order to advise her clients of ways to produce more environmentally considered products. *Lunch*:You’ll need to bring a packed lunch or Cranstons or Dobbies are good places to pick up a takeaway.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and refunds If you cancel your booking more than three weeks before the course start date, you will be eligible for a refund, minus a 5% administration fee. I regret I cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks before the course start date. At this point I will have already started making preparations including ordering materials, and it is less likely I will be able to fill your place. I cannot give refunds for failed attendance due to sickness or external circumstances. Transfers If you would like to transfer to another course, you can do this free of charge providing you let me know three weeks before the course start date. Bookings cannot be transferred with less than three week’s notice but if you are unable to attend on the day, bookings can be transferred to another person. In this case, please let me know as soon as you can so I can update the booking. Cancellation by Linden Print Studio Linden Print Studio reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses. If this happens I will try to give you at least a week’s notice and full refunds will be given.
