I'm open again after a very busy and productive Summer Break and now I'm straight back into teaching and setting up courses.

I've also been getting ready for C-Art 8-17 September and you're welcome to come and have a look around the studio. We'll be open 10-4 every day. I'll be exhibiting with artist Tracy Metcalfe and she's bringing her Adana letterpress, which I'm very excited about.

My work for C-Art is focussed around the Solway, its history and the landscape. I've really enjoyed a tour with Solway Connections. I've lived here for over a decade and there is still a lifetime's worth of exploring.

Christmas Card Family Fun Day:

Sunday 8 October, 10-4pm (hourly slots)

Have fun using gelatine printing to make as many Christmas cards as you can!

All children must be accompanied, but adults don't have to print.

For children age 6 and above. Maximum 4 children per hourly slot.

£10 per participant, paper and inks included.

Christmas Cards and Lino Printing

Sunday 12 November, 10.00-12.30 and 1.30-4.00

Half day course for adults who want to produce a set of Christmas cards. You can either bring your own designs and cut some lino, or use pre-cut lino motifs to create your own cards. £30, paper and inks included

Weekend/Day Courses

These courses are designed to enable you to create a set of beautiful prints from start to finish. Suitable for beginners, intermediate and the curious. Materials and home-made lunch included.

Explore Print Club – Thursday afternoons

These are suitable for intermediate/ experienced printmakers. A chance to try some new techniques, and explore an aspect of artistic practice. Starting materials will be provided but you will be expected to bring your own working sketchbook.
