Because I’m setting up this studio next to my home, I needed to apply for planning permission. This means that it becomes a ‘designated teaching space.’ (I like the sound of that!)

I've had to specify my opening hours and how parking and access is going to work. We've worked out that we can fit SEVEN cars in the farmyard! To think that there used to be tractors, cows and all sorts of animals moving through the space. There are still duck footprints on the concrete in my garage, from when it used to be a farm.

Once planning permission has been granted, I can officially start publicising the Studio, and putting it on Google Maps.
